Hex Bar Shrug
How to do the Hex Bar Shrug with correct form — the muscles worked, equipment, and step-by-step technique from the Fitonist exercise library.
Stand in the middle of the hex bar. Grab the hex bar handles, whether high or low in their center. Using your trap muscles, shrug/lift the bar upwards so that it looks like you are shrugging your shoulders. Lower the weight back down to waist height.
