Welcome to Fitonist. By downloading, installing, or using the Fitonist app or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of the Service

Fitonist provides a fitness and workout planning application. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for your own health and safety when following any workouts or advice in the app. Fitonist is not a medical or professional fitness advisor; consult a healthcare or fitness professional before starting any new exercise program.

Account and Data

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by: reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code, circumventing access controls, using the app to harm others, or violating any applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Fitonist and its content, features, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. You retain ownership of the data you create (e.g., workouts); you grant us a license to use that data to provide and improve the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app and services are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitonist and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any injury or health issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid).

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., in the app or by email). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
