How to do the Reverse Lunge
- 1 Stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart while holding a pair of dumbbells, or kettlebells at your sides
- 2 Lunge backward with your right leg as far as you can comfortably while dropping your hips downward.
- 3 Once in the down lunge position, push back to the starting position with both legs at the same time.
- 4 Repeat with the left leg.
