How to do the Single Arm Bent Over Cable Reverse Fly

  1. 1 Place cable pulley at the bottom of the cable machine, with a single hand stirrup attached. Facing side on to the pulley, grasp the stirrup with your opposite hand.
  2. 2 Step out away from the pulley and position your feet approximately shoulder width apart. Brace your core and bend over to a 45 degree angle. With the arm holding the stirrup straight and positioned across your body, pull the stirrup out to the opposite side.
  3. 3 Return to the starting position.
