How to do the Elbow to Knee Crunch

  1. 1 Bend your knees, with heels on the ground.
  2. 2 Put both hands behind your head, with elbows pointing outward.
  3. 3 Contract or tighten your stomach/abdominal muscles
  4. 4 Lift your upper body off of the ground and reach your elbows straight to your knees. Pause.
  5. 5 Slowly and with control, lower your upper body back to the starting position on the ground.
