- 1 Start in a push-up position – with your hands and toes on the ground, your legs and back straight, forming a straight line from your ears to your ankles. The heels of your hands should be beneath your shoulders with your palms flat on the floor.
- 2 In one fluid movement, lift your right foot and bend your right knee up towards your chest as you push your right knee across your body past your left hip.
- 3 Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
